The Sugan Plum Fairy Tea party..
I was too slow to get tickets for the Nutcracker, so we did the Sugar Plum Fairy tea Party instead. It was fun to spend the afternoon with Rylie. We had dessert with punch and meet all the dancers. Rylie was in awe. It was fun to dress her all up in her Christmas Dress. Then we went and bought the movie Nutcracker starring Barbie. That was all a three year old needs anyway. I had fun just being with her and not chasing Bode for two seconds.

Christmas Pj's
I usually do Christmas Eve jammies, but this year someone else beat me too it. Instead I saw these jammies and thought how fun to let Bode and Rylie match. When we came home from Thanksgiving Dinner (which by the way was fun and delicious), they had been left at our house. Rylie was freaking out that one of santa's helpers or elves had left them. Oh how fun!!! I was trying to get a picture of the two of them the next morning and this is as good as it gets trying to get Bode to pose. Did you notice that rylie's feet are showing??? the jammies were footed jammies that I thought she wouldn't mind, she wears socks to bed sometimes. Well the instant they were on and zipped up, she had a meltdown over her feet stuck. As crafty as I am, I didn't want to cut off Rudolph so I cut the bottoms off and she is much happier.

I like curious, curious George...
We love Curious George! We get to watch it daily at our house. It is usually what Rylie picks. We DVR'd a bunch of them and use them often. Grandpa Beak called us late one night and said that Curious George was a the Library in Preston. We talked Mike into it and took off. We were able to get a new books, treats and pictures with George. Rylie was pretty excited. Thanks for thinking of us, Grandpa Beak. We love Curious, Curious George!!

Are you ready????
I love the way Rylie says Christmas in this video. WE are so ready!!! Don't get me wrong I like Thanksgiving alot, the food, the family, contemplating about what we are THANKFUL for. I really do enjoy it. But then there is CHRISTMAS and I love it. I love to be pratically done shopping by December 1st, so I can enjoy the holidays! Rylie and I go around singing Christmas songs until Mike comes home and then it is sush about Christmas. Mike FREAKS out about Christmas before THanksgiving, We cannot talk about it until then. Well that is really hard for me, so he usually gets an ear full nightly!! I tried to record Rylie singing about Christmas, here you go.

leaves, leaves and leaves...
We are lucky enough to have a ton of full grown trees in our yard. I love the shade they provide, but most of all I love playing in them. I reminds me of helping this elderly lady that lived by us growing up, she had huge trees and we got to rake them up for her ever year. I loved making great big piles and jumping in them. Nothing better!! I won't let Mike haul any off until after our preschool. We are doing the letter L and leaves will be a big hit. We have such a huge pile in the backyard and have turned it out into a leaf house. Bode just falls into them and can't get out. Well enjoy the next few days before it SNOWS. And Mike would love some help raking and hauling off leaves if anyone is interested??
