testimony...

Rylie has been talking about bearing her testimony for several months. She new exactly what she wanted to say and would repeat, repeat, repeat it all over and over again. I explained that you bear your testimony on fast Sunday. Every Sunday she would ask if it is fast Sunday... finally it was. I was oh-no she will get up there and freeze and who is going to go save her? Not me, Not Mike! We told her she had to do it all by herself thinking that would discourage her a bit. I knew she wanted to do it, but man I didn't want to have to do it too. She worked up the nerve and walked from the back of the chapel to the front, climbed right up there, bore her testimony, and walked all the way back. She was so proud and we were so proud of her too. What a girl! Its hard for me to see her growing up so fast, since for years she wouldn't leave my side and now she is growing wings and taking off.
Love you Rylie!

February...

I know that it is the middle of March, but I am so far behind in blogging.
Here is February at a glance. . . .
Rylie took ski lessons at the beav - she is doing so awesome. I love that she loves it!!!
Lots of LOVE during the month of February by celebrating Valentines Day!
Rylie got her Kindergarten shots and they were pretty mean things.
Bode had a ear drum burst and pretty miserable, but all better now.
More skiing with cousins, can't beat this weather.
Mike and I went on an all day date skiing, thanks to Grandma for keeping the kids!
I had to talk in sacrament meeting, first time in 15 years.
It was a good month and time is flying by...

The one and only snowman of the year!

USU gymnastics

Rylie and I went to the USU gymnastics with her best little buddy Hannah and her mom, Angie. My good buddy! The girls had the best time and even got an autograph of one of the gymnasts.
Rylie and Mom time!

We had so much fun that I decided to take Bode and Rylie and go one night. We had a great time again, Bode was such a good boy there. He just sat back and took it all in. The next morning, I was asking him if he had fun at gymnastics, he says "there were alot of stairs and the girls not wear no pants". I was trying to hard not to laugh, what????
Go Aggies!
